When I first ordered the tweezer they were faulty which sometimes happens between bulk orders and manufacturers . I told the owner and she replaced me with new tweezers that work right away! I have to say I love these tweezers Im able to pick up shorter lengths and they fan like a dream !
Vee is amazing at communicating. She answered all my questions. However upon arrival & first use I found the tweezers didn’t meet my needs. The grip doesn’t feel tight. The isolation tweezer opens all the way, but it’s too loose. Lots a tension has to be applied to keep the isolation tweezer exactly how you want it.
