1. Final Sale Items

All sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Received the Wrong Item?

If your order was incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the items received.

If eligible, a refund or reshipment will be issued at our discretion.

3. Changed Your Mind or Selected the Wrong Item?

Please double-check your order details (style, curl, length, color, etc.) before completing checkout. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to buyer error.

If a return is approved as a courtesy, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be processed.

4. Turnaround Time

Order processing takes 1–3 business days, after which your order will ship. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Please note: Shipping delivery times do not include processing time.

5. Pick-Up Orders

If you select local pick-up at checkout, you agree to collect your order within 7 days.

After 14 days, unclaimed orders will be archived and become ineligible for a refund. Archived orders are eligible for store credit only.
